Package rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. All packages are offered on a limited basis and are subject to availability. One night packages for weekend nights include lodging, full breakfast and dinner for two people. Two night packages for weekend nights include lodging for two nights, full breakfast each morning and dinner one night of your choice. Packages are available for longer stays.  Rates are available upon request.

 In the off-season during the week a continental breakfast is included in the package.  Dinner includes a house salad, menu entrée, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage. Tax and gratuities are not included. Extra person charge is $60 for one night packages and $80 for two night packages.  Rates are subject to a surcharge on holidays and holiday weekends.  Published rates are for current year only and are not guaranteed for following years.

In-season packages are available 7 days a week.  Monday thru Thursday mornings in the off-season a continental breakfast is served.  Friday and Saturday mornings a full breakfast is served in the Dining Room.  Sunday morning a breakfast buffet is served in the Meeting House.  In-season dinner is served every night in the Dining Room. In the off-season dinner is served from Thursday thru Sunday nights.

There is a two-night minimum on weekends from April 25 -October 18 and at all times from June 20-September 1.  A three-night minimum applies on holiday weekends, July 4th and from Aug 1-3 (York Days Celebration). One-night packages will be sold on a space available basis. A $10.00 per night surcharge (Fri., Sat., Sun. and Mon.) will be added on President's Day, Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends.

Golf Getaways 
Any stay can be combined with a day of golf at either the Cape Neddick Country Club or The Ledges. The Cape Neddick Country Club is located on Shore Road a few miles away from our hotel. Golf club rentals are available at the Pro Shop. The Ledges is located off Rte. 91 in York (about a 15 min. drive).
