Rates are per night and subject to Maine Lodging Tax. All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Additional guests over the age of 3 will be charged $10.00 per night. A deposit of one night's lodging is required on all reservations and the balance is payable upon arrival. Published rates are for current year only and are not guaranteed for following years.  Rates are subject to a surcharge on holidays and holiday weekends.

Reservation Information, Deposits,
Cancellations/Refunds and Directions
All rooms feature double, queen or king size beds, combination tub/shower bath, cable TV, heat and air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, direct dial telephone, wireless internet service and modern furnishings. Rooms in the main hotel also have an iron and ironing board. All public areas and some rooms are accessible to handicapped individuals. The Hotel has a family style pub and restaurant.

Reservation Information 
Specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Preferences will be given full consideration and every effort will be made to honor them as closely as possible. There is a two night minimum on weekends from April 25 thru October 19 and at all times from June 20 thru September 1. A three night minimum applies on holiday weekends, July 4th and from Aug 1-Aug 3 (York Days Celebration). Space will be sold for shorter periods of time when available. A $10.00 per night surcharge (Fri. Sat. Sun. & Mon.) will be added on Presidents Day, Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends. Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is promptly at 11:00 am.

Our rooms and the decks are non-smoking. There will be an additional charge of $200.00 for smoking in any of our rooms or the decks.

Payment/Deposits

• We accept cash, Traveler's Cheques, cashier checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• All reservations require a deposit equal to one nights' lodging.
• If a deposit is made by credit card the charge will be processed at the time the reservation is made.
• If a deposit is made by personal check it must be received within 10 days of making the reservation or your reservation will be cancelled. In order to allow sufficent time for bank processing the check must be received at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Personal checks are not accepted at check-in or check-out.

• If a confirmed reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date a $15.00 processing fee will apply. The balance of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date the deposit will not be refunded.
• Payment is expected in full for your scheduled stay. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the full rate for the scheduled stay.
• There are no refunds on unused portions of packages.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.

Parking
Due to limited parking, each room is allotted one parking space. RVs, boats and oversized vehicles are not allowed.  All extra cars need off-site parking which is available at our Ridge Road location about 1/4 mile from the Hotel.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used for meals, lodging or at our gift shop. Perfect for a holiday gift or to surprise someone special, gift certificates can be purchased by telephone and sent out by mail.

Dining Hours
Located just off the lobby of the hotel are our Pub and Dining Room. The Pub serves lunch and dinner daily, staying open until one o'clock for last call. Our Dining Room is open Thursday thru Sunday nights for dinner from 5 - 9 PM.  Breakfast is served from 7-11am on Friday and Saturday in the Dining Room and from 8am - 12 noon on Sunday in the Meeting House.  A Continental Breakfast is available to guests Monday thru Thursday.

Directions
I-95 Northbound: Take Maine Exit #7 after the Piscataqua River bridge (7 miles north of the bridge). The exit sign says The Yorks/Ogunquit.  Follow the ramp to the traffic lights.

 At lights, take a left onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 for 3.3 miles to the junction of Route 1A. Turn right onto Route 1A. Follow 1A for 1.4 miles into York Beach. Take a sharp left onto Beach Street. The Union Bluff Hotel is located about one block down Beach Street.

I-95 Southbound: Take 1st exit after York Toll Booth. At end off ramp, take a left.  Follow the ramp to the traffic lights.  At lights, take a left onto Route 1 North.  Follow Route 1 for 3.3 miles to the junction of Route 1A.  Turn right onto Route 1A.  Follow 1A for 1.4 miles into York Beach.  Take a sharp left onto Beach Street.  The Union Bluff Hotel is located about one block down Beach Street.
